Refunds and Returns

Items maybe returned within 14 calendar days for a full refund inline with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, ensuring the below terms are met:

  • The products are unopened and the seal is still intact
  • The product packaging is undamaged
  • You have emailed our team to notify Synovium UK Ltd regarding the request to return a product
  • The product is recieved by us within 14 calendar days
  • Refunds maybe offered after the 14 days under the discretion of Synovium Horse Health. These refunds will be subject to a £5 admin fee.

PLEASE NOTE

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and by recorded delivery.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The initial cost of delivery will not be refunded unless the product is faulty or unfit for purpose.

Our refund and returns policy only applies to purchases made from www.synovium.co.uk and does not apply to purchases made via any other outlet.
