Delivery

Please read carefully before ordering to ensure you understand our delivery times to avoid any confusion or disappointment.

There will be NO orders dispatched on any public bank holidays or weekends due to our couriers not collecting. Thank you for your understanding.

Please ensure your address is correct on placing your order, our system is automated and orders will be dispatched to the address you provide. Any orders misplaced due to incorrect address provided is the responsibility of the customer. Orders returned to us can be resent to the correct address, a delivery charge will be charged to the customer for this.

STANDARD DELIVERY – 3-5 working days

Our standard delivery is weight based and will be calculated at checkout.

Standard delivery prices start at £4.99 (FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £150)

We will try to delivery all orders in 3-5 working days, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Please be aware that some postal services are being delayed which is out of our control. Our standard delivery is sent with Evri. 

**Some couriers will leave your parcel in a safe place, if you do not want this please leave a note in the available box at checkout, otherwise we can not control this.

Delivery will be attempted 3 times before being sent back to us, it will be the responsibility of the customer to make sure they are available to receive the parcel otherwise postage costs will be re-charged to send again. 

 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Our next day delivery service is weight based and will be calculated at checkout. All orders are tracked to the door and signed for with 2 delivery attempts, before being returned to us.

Next Day delivery prices start from £6.98

Orders placed before 8.30am will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery (Mon-Fri, excluding bank hoildays). Orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 8.30am on a Friday will not be dispatched till Monday.

*Please note orders dispatched on Fridays can not be guaranteed for delivery Saturday and may arrive on Monday.

Next day delivery is not guaranteed!! If your order is urgent please contact our team to make sure we can get your order out on guaranteed delivery. 

Next day delivery service is sent with either Evri or DX depending on product and weight.

SMALL PARCEL DELIVERY – Standard

We offer a discount delivery rate for small parcels, this will become an available option at checkout for all qualifying orders.

We will delivery all orders in 3-5 working days, excluding bank hoildays and weekends via Evri.

DX 1-3 Day Delivery

We offer customer an option to use DX if they have know issues with Evri. This option must be selected at checkout and your order will be sent with DX. 

This is a fast delivery service of 1-2 days, excluding bank hoildays and weekends.

available box at checkout, otherwise we can not control this.

None UK Mainland and International Delivery – Standard

Our standard delivery is weight based and will be calculated at checkout.
