Samantha Osborne
British Showjumping and HOYS Showing
I am an amateur, North Yorkshire based horse owner and rider. British Showjumping is my passion and focus but in previous years I have competed in the show ring. I was fortunate enough to qualify a range of horses for RIHS and HOYS, and I also judged at numerous shows as a panel judge for various societies.
I have gained experience and knowledge from working for several professional yards in a range of disciplines. Since becoming a secondary school teacher 14 years ago, I have completed additional equestrian qualifications, such as Level 5 Equine Behavioural Science, as I value learning.
Furthermore, after winning the TSM BETA International Amateur Rider Award in 2014, I decided to explore equestrian media by writing freelance for national equestrian magazines, working as a micro influencer and being part of The Equestrian Business Awards judging process. I enjoy breaking horses in, retraining racehorses and supporting other riders to achieve their goals.
I am thrilled to be selected as a Synovium ambassador for the year ahead. KWPN gelding, Kornetto, purchased by Becky Matthewman, joined me this month and with veterinary advice and top quality scientifically developed healthcare, Kornetto will have the best backing to begin his BS journey.
I am so excited to share his results using Agility this summer. Earlier this season, I produced Leyward Diamond Jubilee and began her showjumping education at British Novice level. She qualified for the second rounds as well as Star of the North in her first sixth months.

Kacey has also enjoyed producing Eddy up the ranks from 80cm to 1.20m with hopefully following her mum’s footsteps with her ambitions goals and determination .

I’m very passionate about helping riders achieve their goals and aim to help make horses lives easier. Earlier in my career I evented with a number of home produced horses internationally and rode for GB twice as part of the European Cup and that gave me a great all round experience. These days I focus on show jumping and myself and Mista Blue were part of the team that took Bronze at the Veteran Europeans (for riders over 45) in Le Mans last year.

Oakley Nash
Pony Showjumper
Oakley is a 10 yr old junior show jumper from Buckinghamshire. Oakley produces her ponies herself from X poles to jumping affiliated show jumping. Her main pony at the moment is Sonic who is an 8yr old Welsh Part Bred. Oaks has had him for 2 years now. He was a very difficult pony when we first got him and he used to bolt over the smallest of jumps.
Oakley has persevered with him against all the odds and she’s made him into one of the best under 10’s ponies in the country qualifying for numerous finals this year and being placed in all of them! He is currently a winning machine around 80 and 90cm and has recently stepped up to jumping 1m and they are going to hopefully jump some of the bigger tracks in 2025.
Oakley has just been given the ride on her first 138cm pony called Desmond who is owned by Tom Williams. He is a novice pony that Oakley will potentially bring up the ranks. She has 4 years left on Desmond and 2 years left on Sonic.
Oakley was thrilled to be asked to be a part of Team Synovium as she is obsessed with giving her ponies the best care which includes high end supplements. We have been looking for a proven joint supplement to support our young ponies throughout their competition life and after looking at the extensive scientific research into Synoviums products we have finally found one.
Oakley now has a fabulous team around her and we are so excited for 2025

Charlotte Roberts
Young Dressage Rider
Charlotte is a young dressage rider from Conwy.
She qualified at Reaseheath equine college and after taking a year out to stabilise her health she has just got an offer from Hartpury to study Equine Sports Performance and Rehabilitation.
Charlotte told us: “My passion for horse rehabilitation and animal welfare began at a young age. I was struggling to speak and communicate and in desperation my parents rescued a 12.2 Welsh Section B Chestnut Mare to see if horses could help”
Charlotte also loves dressage, she competed with British Dressage and was lucky enough to ride for Wales at Sheepgate and through the para pathway attended the National RDA Championships at Hartpury.
“From my first Pony Babe to my current Competition horse I am passionate that our equines being treated as our athlete partners.
They deserve the same care and support . Synovium for me represents that, with their well-researched and minimum evasive approach that works on prevention as well as improvement.
As a sufferer of a long term medical condition the importance of that really resonates with me.
we should build-up and support of equine partners for long term competition success not break them.”
