Synovium® Mgnium is a veterinary daily calming supplement for horses containing multiple forms of magnesium for optimal absorption and efficiency. Including organic chelated magnesium which is easily absorbed by the horse.

Magnesium helps improve concentration, loosen muscles and supports an all round calmer horse.
Magnesium plays an important part in nerve and muscle function, and horses deficient in this important element can show signs of nervousness, wariness, excitability, and muscle tremors.

Our innovative formula contains essential B vitamins known for supporting a calmer horse.
B1- Thiamin helps reduce muscle tremors and aids in calming. Essential for stressed, nervous horses and those with frequent digestive upsets.
B6 – pyridoxine is known for promoting a healthy, calm attitude. Horses who often stress or suffer gastric upset can lack this essential vitamin.

Calcium carbonate has been added as an antiacid and Lignocellulose to add essential fibre.

I use this supplement for my highly strung 148 showjumping mare. I found that she became a lot more settled in and out of the stable and à calmer ride when warming up at a show. It has also enabled her to keep a better condition as she no longer stresses as much as she did before. I will continue to use this in the 2020 season.

I started using this supplement for my stressy Warmbloods gelding. Since the grass started growing rapidly in June he had been fence walking and really anxious and spooky to ride.
He has also head shook seasonally through spring – autumn this year and last year.
He has stopped fence walking and is much calmer to ride and less sharp / spooky. He has also completely stopped head shaking.
